As long as you keep filling the Meta-Habit™ spreadsheet every day, you will eventually succeed and start doing the habits. Even if you actually don’t perform any of the habits, if you’ve filled the sheet, the day is a success. Because eventually, you will start doing the habits consistently. It’s just a matter of time.
