The protection of sensitive data is one of our highest priorities.
We store all synchronized data on our own servers behind a secure layer. We use industry standard security measures, such as strong encryption, multi-factor authentication and restricted access of server maintenance personnel.
By default, Swift To-Do List works in an offline mode. Your data are primarily stored in a local database file on your computer. Unless you create your Swift To-Do List Cloud account and request a data synchronization, your data never leave your computer. Even when your data are synchronized, the local database file remains the primary storage.
If you wish your data to be purged from our servers, please contact us at support@dextronet.com.
For the purpose of the Cloud Sync service, we collect and store your email and full name. We only process your personal information to the extent required to operate the service:
Your password is stored in a salted and encrypted form. The encryption is irreversible, and salting is protecting the password from a brute force attack.
Your password is only stored on our encrypted servers. To maintain the login session between Swift To-Do List and Cloud Sync, we use disposable, encrypted access tokens which protect your password from a local attack.
