Task Archive stores all your deleted tasks. Every time you delete a task, it is automatically moved to the Task Archive (unless you used Shift + Delete, which deletes tasks permanently).
How to open the Task Archive
To open the Task Archive, use the menu item Archived Tasks in the Manage menu of the main Swift To-Do List window.
Archive allows you to see the deleted tasks, along with the date they were deleted on. You can also view notes for any of the deleted tasks.
Tip: Right click a task in the Task Archive to display a context menu.
How to recover a task
In the Task Archive dialog, simply select the tasks you would like to recover, and press the Recover button.
How to delete a task forever
If you want to physically delete a task and you do not want to be able to recover it, then:
1. | First, you have to delete the task like you usually would |
2. | Then, open the Task Archive dialog, select the deleted task, and press the Delete button. This task will be deleted forever - you can't undo this! |
