Free to-do list synchronization and sharing

To-Do DeskList is a free to-do list app that allows you to synchronize your to-do list and notes between computers. It is one of the few simple freeware task management applications that allow you to sync them for free.

Free to-do list sync and sharing has been added in version 1.60. Our new service Droptodo.com allows you to do simple to-do list synchronization with To-Do DeskList for free. You can easily synchronize your tasks and notes between all your computers or share them with other people.

How to synchronize your to-do list between computers

• Step 1: Download the newest To-Do DeskList and install it.
• Step 2: Right-click the To-Do DeskList icon in systray (upon clock) and click "Synchronize Now".
• Step 3: You will be asked to enter your name, email address and to choose a password. Complete this step to create your account.
• Now repeat the first two steps on all your computers, but use your already existing account in Step 3. Click I already have my online account when asked to create a new account or to enter an invitation code. Don't create multiple accounts, you only need one.
• Your tasks and notes will be now automatically synchronized! You can also refresh them manually by clicking "Synchronize Now" again.

For example, if you want to sync tasks between home and work, this is the perfect solution.

After completing the above steps, you are done. It's free to use To-Do DeskList, and it's also free to synchronize tasks and notes between all your computers.

Sharing of tasks, notes, to-do lists

If you are looking for a free shared to-do list app, look no further. You can simply invite other people to share your to-do lists by entering their email address. All this can be done easily from your computer in To-Do DeskList.

Simply right-click the systray icon and click "Share My To-Do List..." in the popup menu. Then, click Add Person..., and enter the email address of the person that you want to share your to-do list with. After completing this step, the invited person will receive an email with instructions and invitation code. If they accept the invitation and enter the invitation code into To-Do DeskList, you will have a shared to-do list. You can see if they have accepted the invitation right in To-Do DeskList in the "Share My To-Do List" window that lists all invited persons. You can also remove any person later.

It's a simple free multi-user to-do list solution. Share your tasks with your friends, co-workers, family members, or anyone else. It's quick, easy, fun - and free!

Professional task management software synchronization

Although To-Do DeskList is free, it is very simple and suitable for only small amount of tasks.
